SKINDEEP Tattoo Studio (“SKINDEEP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses the information you provide to review tattoo requests, communicate about consultations and appointments, provide aftercare support, process approved deposits, and send marketing communications when you separately choose to receive them.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, project description, placement, size, style, budget range, consultation preference, reference images, consent choices, and basic technical information needed to secure and operate the website.
How we use information
- Review and respond to tattoo project requests.
- Schedule consultations and appointments.
- Send booking, appointment, and aftercare communications.
- Send promotional SMS or email only when separately authorized.
- Maintain consent and opt-out records.
- Protect the website and prevent abuse.
SMS and email choices
The booking form presents separate, optional choices for service SMS, marketing SMS, and marketing email. These boxes are not preselected, and submitting a tattoo request is not conditioned on marketing consent. Reply STOP to an SMS to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in an email.
Mobile information
We do not sell or share mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, or consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers such as ClickSend only to deliver communications on our behalf and operate the messaging program.
Service providers and payments
We may use service providers for website hosting, secure storage, email, SMS delivery, scheduling, analytics, and payments. Approved deposits may be processed by Stripe. Payment card details are submitted directly to the payment provider and are not stored by SKINDEEP on this website.
Retention and security
We retain project and consent records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, document communication permissions, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. No method of storage is completely secure, but we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information involved.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also revoke communication consent at any time.
