These terms govern use of the SKINDEEP Tattoo Studio website, submission of tattoo requests, and participation in our SMS and email programs. Submitting a request does not guarantee project acceptance, pricing, availability, or an appointment.

Tattoo requests and consultations

Xander reviews each request for artistic fit, feasibility, timing, placement, budget, and other relevant considerations. SKINDEEP may decline a project or request additional information. Final scope, price, session length, and appointment details are confirmed separately.

Deposits

A $100 deposit is requested only after a project is approved. The deposit reserves the agreed appointment and is applied toward the final tattoo price. Final rescheduling, transfer, cancellation, and refund rules will be presented before payment and must be accepted at checkout.

SMS program terms

SKINDEEP offers separate optional SMS programs for service communications and promotional communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service messages may include consultation details, booking follow-ups, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, and tattoo aftercare. Marketing messages may include available appointments, promotions, special offers, events, giveaways, loyalty rewards, and studio updates.

Email communications

Operational email may be used to respond to a request you submit. Promotional email is sent only when you separately opt in, and each promotional email will provide a way to unsubscribe.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or upload content you do not have the right to share.

Creative work

Website imagery and original tattoo designs are protected creative work. Do not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. Reference images submitted by a client are used to understand direction and do not guarantee duplication of another artist's work.
